Message AC has been deleted....in MI its not really needed.
Factory Gauges work fine with the Halltec EMS.
As for the cost of the build, Dennis did his build for about 6.5-7k. Im doing a few extras, Crower cams, springs etc....Greddy intake Manifold, Larger TB, Port/polsihed head, i think you get it the point. And ive already got my Borg Warner turbo which can achieve 850whp w/o any engine mods.( Unlike a VG turbo system where everything has to be upgraded to in order to achieve maximum power out of it.) My cost as i said, will be around 9k. I do all my own work, so labor isnt an issue.
The only thing that has to be fabricated is the front core support which has to be "c notched" for the oil pan.

After talking to other Z members in the MI & OH area, and explaining how reliable the jZ engines are above 600hp, they could all relate on how much they hated having to work on a modded vg engine everytime they would drive it hard. My last setup with a vg, Everything was brand new oem & aftermarket, parts i had just replaced would break. It gets frustrating.

And someone asked if JZ engines are so reliable, why are people still doing VGtt swaps?..............Its easy!

ANyways, Im not here to argue, love it or hate it, im not trying to impress anyone, im doing it for me. Its my Z i just want to be able to enjoy it!
